1. Position: Legal advisor

Job descriptions:
Legal advice services for client inside and outside Vietnam
On behalf of our customers to conduct administrative procedures for the state agencies
Regularly research, update and review legal documents to customers and support the activities of the Office
Directly participate and be responsible for work assigned
Draft documents, contracts, economic and business cooperation contracts and other legal documents relating to customer consultancy and support of the Office
Participate in drafting contracts, memorandum, application dossier and advice on legal issues concerning the signing and implementation of contracts with clients
Other activities within the Office and under the direction of the Board of Executive
Salary: 200 - 500 USD (shall be discussed after the interview)
Job requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Law, candidates have priority with over 02-year experience in consultancy or having undergraduate degree of the University
Have skills and style of a consultant, comprehensive consultancy understanding
Have ability of analysis, summary, good communication in Vietnamese and English
Proficiency in software as Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet
Have skills to prepare documents, contracts, communication and negotiation
Have ability to work independently and in teams, work in high pressure environment
Have ability to plan, organize and work under schedule
