2001: Business Support Service Ltd., Co (BSS) established under Law on Enterprises 1999, supported business management advice service, investment and legal advice and trademark protection advice

2005:  Business Development Consultant Ltd., Co (BDC) established to focus on advice service for foreign-owned capital investment project and business advice

6/2007: Endowed with experiences and human resources of BSS and BDC, BD Lawyers, was established with Certificate of Business Registration No.01070001 issued by Hanoi Department of Justice, right after Law on Lawyer taking effective, which opened a new development stage of BD Law towards specialization determination. 

8/2008: A branch of BD Law was established in Hochiminh City, which set a new foundation for BD Law in the largest dynamic economic center of the nation.
