The State Prime Minister has just passed the Decision No. 80/2010/QD-TTg on construction fees to be free of charge as stipulated in item 2, Section II, Part A of Detailed List of construction fees and charges attached to the Decision No. 24/2006/ND-CP. The Decision shall have full force and effect from January 2nd, 2010. Currently, fees rate has been calculated in percentage (%) over construction fees subject to categories of construction works and residential areas.
