Extending the use of invoices printed in 2010 to end on 31/03/2011
|
Government agreed to extent using of invoices issuing by the Ministry of Finance (include self-printed invoices of enterprises before 01/01/2010) to end on 31/03/2011. The Government also agreed to extend the invoice sales to small businesses through 2011. The above content of Document No 6814/VPCP-KTTH issued by Government Office dated 24/09/2010 on handling problems in the implementation of Decree No. 51/2010/ND-CP.

Guiding on implementing regulations on Invoices

Decree No. 51/2010/ND-CP dated on 14/5/2010 of Government and Circular No. 153/2010/TT-BTC dated on 28/9/2010 of the Ministry of Finance have important adjustments about Invoices, especially have transfer responsibility for issue, management and use of Invoices to enterprise. Therefore, enterprises are interested in contents and implementing above regulations. On 11/10/2010, General Department of Tax issued Document No. 4052/TCT-CS sending to provincial Tax Department for directing the implementation of new regulations on invoices.
